Delete your Pumi account
You can request deletion of your Pumi account and the data associated with it. Enter the email address connected to your Pumi account and we'll send your request to our support team. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
What gets deleted
When your request is completed, we permanently delete your account, child profiles, uploaded photos, generated stories, and illustrations. You can also delete your account directly in the Pumi app by going to Settings > Delete account.
What we may keep
We may retain purchase and transaction records as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Requests are completed within 30 days.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it through the store where you purchased it:
- Apple App Store: On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Pumi and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: Open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Select Pumi and tap Cancel subscription.
